The EBZ Modular Energy Supply System can be used as Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) for large vehicles like trains, ships and airplanes. The choice of suitable fuels ranges from LPG to on-board processed liquid hydrocarbons like heating oil, diesel or kerosene. The generated electrical power will typically be fed into the 42-voltage system with battery back. In most cases, the excess heat can also be used expediently.

Engines for drives – fuel cells for power!
The fuel cell aggregate demonstrates its advantages particularly during vehicle standstill. In cases where there has been used "a steam hammer to crack the nut" so far, namely when the minimal efficient prime engine continues running only to generate on-board power, the EBZ energy system now takes control. Being highly efficient and noiseless, it allows the truck driver to sleep pleasantly and provides the frozen cargo container with proper cold or the sailing boat with energy.
