We supply evaporators in the range from 10 g/h up to 10 kg/h. Combined with a high-precise metering device, the excellent dynamic behaviour enables you to realise
exactly your specified steam rate. A geometrical design adaptation, considering the specific integration conditions, and water management devises can also be provided.
EBZ evaporators are optimised for a highly homogeneous steam generation in a wide modulation range. They are available for numerous liquids like DI water, methanol and ethanol.
The gas gets humidified by running through an electrical heated water column. It is used for processes which doesn't need more than 15 vol.-% of water. The absorbed water content is controlled by the temperature of the water quench (range of control: from environmental temp. up to 85 °C). It is pulsation free due to the steady gas flow. To prevent the fully saturated gas from condensation, a trace heating is installed at the outlet.
Like electrical, also thermal evaporators are available in the range from 10 g/h up to 10 kg/h. In thermal operation, gas streams at high temperatures, e.g. hot waste gases, provide evaporation energy. In contrast to electrical evaporators, valuable and expensive electricity can be saved. But even here, all advantages of EBZ evaporators, like high dynamic, low pulsation design adaptations are available for numerous liquids like DI water, methanol and ethanol.
